Description
The a977 extra long series pfx drill comes in metric diameters from 1. 50 mm to 14. 00 mm. The pfx series of drills have a specially designed parabolic flutes which eliminates the need to drill deep holes in short steps (pecking), so even extra deep holes can be drilled in a single pass. The drills have a bright finish which helps stop workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge. Made from premium high speed cobalt, the drills can be used to drill a number of materials including steels, stainless steels and aluminium. The a977 has a 130 degree point which helps with self-centering and also means less force is needed to drill the hole.
