These high quality heavy duty ball bearing hinges are great for heavy duty residential doors or any commercial door.s They are made of a durable high quality steel and available in a Satin Nickel or Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish. We also carry a highly rust resistant Stainless Steel model as well. Ball Bearings reduce the friction of a door and make the door open and close much smoother than regular plain bearing hinges.
