Used when transporting a load with two 5 Leg Stands, the Hold Down Device locks the pipe to the V-head and prevents rotation, keeping the load stable and secure throughout the move. It’s a simple addition that turns a pair of rolling stands into a reliable transport setup for pipe that can’t afford to shift.
By clamping the pipe firmly against the V-head, the device eliminates unwanted movement that can throw off alignment or create a safety hazard during transport. It installs quickly and holds the pipe steady whether you’re moving it across the shop floor or repositioning it for the next stage of work.
Rated for pipe up to 36″ in diameter, making it compatible with the Low 5 Leg Stand for a wide range of pipe sizes.
