The Rixson Center Hung Pivot Door Hinge Set – Less Top Pivot – includes a bottom pivot and sealed bearings for protection against weather and debris. It can be used for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 500 lbs. and measuring up to 3’8″ x 8’6″. It is non-handed and is available in a Satin Chrome finish.
